I like the location, the safety of the center, and especially the philosophy of Dogtopia.

Everything! We love especially appreciate the attention to how Weezy is doing day to day - some days she's just not feeling it, other days she's a pup-nado! When she seems 'off' - the staff reaches out or let's us know. That's something that only comes with excellent service and a true love/understanding of animals!!

As a first time customer I was unsure where to enter the downtown location. Initially I thought the garage was for the Home 2 Suites only. A small map on the website showing entry and garage entry and parking spaces would be helpful for first time customers.

The entire experience was incredible. We had already done behavior assessments at another daycare before arriving but knew after just a few minutes that we needed to send our pups here. The facility was great but the people were amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, they answered questions I didn’t even know I had. I can’t remember the name of the woman who spoke to us (Sat 8/14 around 10:30 AM) but her attitude and salesmanship sealed the deal for us. We can’t wait to have our dogs come for their first day next week!

Good service. Front desk person is very knowledgeable and helpful. Anything I need they are normally able to help me with. My dog always comes home happy. If there is very a problem, I am notified and things are made right. They love the dogs and it shows!

The coaches and staff there are phenomenal! Our dog absolutely loves it!

I mostly go for nail trims. The staff is always friendly, they always remember my doggos, and they do a better job with the trims than the other three places I’ve taken them in the past.

Friendly staff. Exceptional care for my George. I love that I can check up on him throughout the day. Lov all the activities that are scheduled through out the month and the ease of signing him up for daycare and activities in the App. I like being able to have him bathed and groomed while at school so I don’t have to make two trips and the groomer is wonderful not just with interacting with the pups but with me the parent. All of the staff there is great!

Staff are all very friendly and my dog had a great time and came home tired. It’s a win win!

Their Curbside is awesome for us. We have a lively pup who needs special help in. We are so grateful for the flexibility and kind handlers. We have a membership for our pup and she loves to go.
