What do you like about our services?

Our dog loves Dogtopia and so do we. She enjoys all the staff and has both human and dog BFF’s! We love she has fun all day (or night as boarding has been a great experience too). When she gets home she is calm and enjoys hanging out and relaxing, not getting into puppy trouble. We highly recommend Dogtopia of Downtown. It has saved our sanity with our awesome energetic pup.

What do you like about our services?

Everything was great! I love the attention to detail. I love that there's care put into the design of the facility as well as how the dogs are introduced to one another. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

The manner in which Otis was introduced to the new puppies was outstanding. I had such high anxiety about how other dogs would react, but that quickly went away due to your trained staff. Your facilities are maintained extremely clean and your staff is very professional and friendly. The web cam access to watch Otis interact with the others is very much appreciated too!

What do you like about our services?

Super friendly staff! They knew my name and my dogs name on our first day. They have great activities and fun themes almost everyday, I know that my dog is being cared for very well while I’m at work.

What do you like about our services?

Convenience for downtown residents. Webcam to watch my dog all day. Peace of mind and not having to run home for lunch to let him out! I love getting s happy, tired dog back at the end of the day, too!

What do you like about our services?

We love Dogtopia. Clean and very caring staff. Our dog drags us in the door each visit and she can’t wait to play. Prices are high but I do feel we get our money’s worth.

The staff is always friendly and upbeat, and ALWAYS excited to interact with the dogs/learn more about each one. My pup is loving her time at Dogtopia - it's been a great investment in an engaged, healthy, happy dog!

What do you like about our services?

Whenever Cooper stays at Dogtopia, his home away from home, I always know that he is not only well taken care of but also loved so much. Dogtopia makes it really easy to take on solo dog parenting when you work all the time.

I am absolutely blown away. They truly love every dog and their facilities are amazing. My pup came back exhausted and happy. I loved watching her on the camera all day! I know she already has some BFFFs!

As soon as the staff saw Cooper they immediately were excited about meeting him. The meet and greet convinced me that he needed to have day care a few times a week. After we brought him home and was just calm and docile. The facility was clean, bright, and convenient to get too. I'd recommend a meet and greet, at the very least, with Dogtopia-Columbus-Downtown staff.

great customer service! I truly felt like every single person I met during my pup's evaluation was the only one they cared about in that moment. All my questions answered, and my pup so well taken care of! I love the convenient drop off and pick up times ( We are both nurses so its hard to find someplace open late enough for us to get there after 12 hr shifts). Great staff, fun and safe environment where I know my pup is safe and happy!
