Everyone is very professional.
While not the least expensive, the atmosphere is great. There is also little pressure to upsell. While the employees are well trained to inform customers of their choices, I have never been pressured or shamed to purchase additional products or services. The online queue is a great timesaver as well.

Good experience, but I was a first time visitor and did not see any information or receive any instructions on how to check in. So I sat. Soon someone else came and signed in. They got served before me. I almost left, but needed a haircut. So I waited and was eventually served. Haircut was fine. I did not need anything special. Conversation was good. Overall successful as I got cut and reasonably quickly. Price was ok.
