I love that the stylists take notes on my cut so others know how to make my cut look exactly the same each time.

Stylist did a good job, but didn't ask how I wanted my cut, put lotion on prior to the cut & again after the haircut. Really didn't want my hair cut that short, or any kind of lotion added following it.
