Robbie has been cutting my hair for more than a year. I come in often, sometimes every two weeks. I appreciate her friendliness, professionalism, and skill. I'm very picky when it comes to who cuts my hair and I am happy to be her client. I would not be a Sport Clips customer if it wasn't for her. I also know she's a manager and have seen her in action. Robbie is a supportive boss who also leads by example. She deserves a raise!

The stylists are always friendly and it's usually pretty easy to get an appointment, even at the last minute. The app is so easy to use.
Customer service was very friendly
The hair stylist did a great job. The only complaint was the inaccuracies of the time countdown online. I got a text that said 15 minutes and to head on in for our appointment and 2 minutes later as I was on the way, I saw online it said 2 minutes. Just very hard to determine how to handle when to leave without getting there before they are ready for us.
