My regular Sportclips stylist of 18 years is on a well deserved vacation and with my schedule, I was looking at another month before my next cut. So, reluctantly, I found another Sportclips location and discovered MERA had great reviews. She did not disappoint. This was the first time MERA saw me. She was professional, friendly, efficient and had attention to detail I rarely encounter anywhere. 10/10 Gold Star MVP experience. MERA made my day! So glad I met her!
The stylists all do a great job cutting hair and it is nice to watch sports while waiting. Also the MVP is fantastic with a hot towel and massage on shoulders.

I love the app and it's ability to get in line remotely. Also, it provides my the info on who cut my hair previously. I tend to stay with the one I like.
Serve is outstanding, staff is the best. It's always a great time when I'm in there. The only thing that could make it better is maybe some newer chairs. The old ones are ok, but not very comfortable
I like there are many locations across the metro, I just feel the haircut quality various from location to location.
The stylist took her time. Explain what she was doing. Made sure that my son was OK with the shortness of his hair explains the products that he could use to get the desired look that he would need. She was wonderful.
First, I usually get a good cut from you. Nothing fancy just the basics, Second, I appreciate your app which allows me to determine the least busy location before I leave my house.
