I have always appreciated the convenience and service I have gotten at all locations. The App helps those like me plan for a haircut, since I live out of town. The last few times I have been to the Salina, KS location it has not been very efficient regarding time management. This recent visit the app said to check-in by 114pm. I checked in before that, and the wait time jumped to 26 more minutes than I had planned. As I sat and watched the time, I started my own timeclock. For those 26 minutes, it took almost 45 minutes actually. I watched as someone I assume was the Mgr. do something at the register, and the clock literally stopped on the board. She came back after almost 10 minutes, started the clock again. I watched my time go from 9 minutes to 11 minutes. That 11 minutes took almost 20 minutes. So, I waited almost 45 more minutes total after my expected check-in time. The stylist I got did say they were behind, and people needed to go to lunch which I understand. However, I would expect some kind of communication that they are running 45 minutes behind and offer a sincere apology for the wait. I could have run more errands during that wait time and been more respectful of my time.

The service is great. And the sign-in online makes it a short wait, which is beneficial to me. I have a walking and balance disability, and the short wait and very helpful staff are a major plus for me.
Ally was amazing! She gave me a great haircut and suggested products that would work well with my hair, she even suggested upgrading to the MVP package which I did.

The stylists at this particular are always great. We had the only guy this time (forgot his name) and he is exceptionally good.
In salina, at least, a normal person can go there and not see stylists with mental illness.
