Great haircut and MVP was great.
I scheduled my son and I’s haircuts through the app. When I got there, 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time, I noticed our names weren’t on the board and I could not check in at the desk. I showed the lady at the front desk my app with the countdown timer and she was very apologetic, stating that they’ve been having an issue with appointment transfer from the app since a system update occurred. She took down our names and moved us to the front off the line. My son is especially particular of his hair and although Kendra is not his normal stylist, she took her time to understand what he wanted done and nailed it.
