Kim, was very customer oriented and friendly. I got probably the best haircut I have ever gotten at a Sportclips or anywhere else for that matters. Her MVP service and head and face massages were the best I have had. I normally go to a different Sportclips closer to my home but that store opened an hour later so I came down to her store. I will probably start going to her store and request her vs a 1st available slot. She would be worth the wait.
