Very nice. I went to don franklin in campbellsville one time. Said I would NEVER go back there unless it was an ABSOLUTE HAVE TO. Columbia guys are extremely nice, respectable, and knowledgeable. Campbellsville told my husband it was going to cost $30 more dollars for oil change because they did not keep the Nissan brand oil in stock like Columbia did. There is no such thing as a Nissan grade oul. So either he is dumber than a box of rocks (which does not need to be running a garage) or just a liar. Will not have that problem with Columbia!! Great group of people.
