The people at the dealership were very kind and helpful when our fuel pump went out on the highway near Bardstown. They fixed the car very promptly and also provided a shuttle for us from the hotel to the dealership to get the car. Everyone we interacted with was extremely pleasant and happy to help.

Always best to shop local. David gave me a great deal on my 2023 Enclave . Tanner found the SUV for me and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. He went out of his way to have a second key made for me and to detail my Enclave. I have bought many cars from Don Franklin and have no complaints from the service department . Jen takes care of me and I trust her too!

Tyler was an excellent sales rep … very patient with our indecisiveness. Answered all our questions and was nonstop in his efforts to show us what we were interested in. You guys need to know he’s a keeper of a sales rep. Chris as well. He took care of all the paperwork … explained each document that required signatures and made the process of purchasing a breeze. Very pleased with those I dealt with on Saturday to make this buy. Very nice Toyota Camry and the boss loves it. Thanks for all you do for your customers.
