Sunshine was amazing. I came in with a huge mess on my head. She assessed what she saw, we talked about what could and should be done. She worked her magic to create a style I am willing to show off at work.
Staff was nice, friendly, and efficient.
Lilly was an amazing stylist, and treated my son who can sometimes be difficult with such kindness and compassion. She joked around with him and make him feel comfortable in her chair. She was outstanding, and the haircut was better than the inspiration pic I showed her. I wil definitely be back.
The atmosphere
A guy can get a haircut in many different places. The reason to return time and again is the people working there. The stylists are the heart and soul of your business. If I didn’t have a such positive experiences with Janet every time I visit, I would certainly find another place to get a haircut.

What a wonderful way to begin Friday the 13th at the Sycamore Sports Clips location. At 9:00 sharp, there was Shanna, a stylist and the manager, welcoming us with a good morning and calling us by first name. We didn't have to check in as she automatically checked us in. She has such a large group of regulars that I asked her if she knew, pretty much,all them by name. I then glanced at the computerized reservation board and lo and behold, the first six all had reservations with Shanna. She not only is a fantastic stylist, she is a "people person' who cares very much about each of her customers. It is also most obvious how much the other stylists present admire her and and work to instill the same work ethic that she models on a day to day basis. Being a regular Sports Clips customer for many years with Shanna, when I sit in her chair, there is never a question as to how I want my hair cut. It is an automatic procedure with her. Looking forward to my next month's appointment and will be purchasing another season ticket real soon. She definitley is on a first name basis with her customers.
