For some years now I have gotten my hair cut by Diane A. at the Algonquin, Il. shop. She's always friendly and converses freely while doing a great job on my hair. She doesn't overly push your products but suggests using them in an unagressive tone, which I have. She's an absolute credit to your company...Steve Kostelny

The real difference is that of your personnel. The care and attention to detail is above and beyond that from other companies I have been to. Sammi always makes sure that I am looking my best, even if my directions are less than helpful. You don't see that level of care in today's day and age, when most companies are focused on getting you out as quickly as possible. All the girls (Sammi & Amanda on this visit) were both extremely warm and welcoming as they always are.
