At this location only, a feeling of respect. the other store on route 34 in Oswego, Illinois got to the store before a women with 2 children. I was passed over and both kids were taken before me. I just walked out. I will not go back to that store again. I went to the store on Orchard rd. Because my barber shop was closed and I needed a trim. The young lady that took care of me was very good

Being able to use the app to pick a particular stylist is great.
To improve on that, seeing a stylist's available days for the week would really help.
So if its Tue and I need a hair cut, if the stylist I like isn't working, it would be nice to know what day she will be there. Currently I have to call the store to ask.
