The service was fine; however, I was not offered the hot towel treatment and massage treatment that I normally receive when I come in. Elvira was friendly, and she do a great job for the hair cut and the beard trim. Also, I'm not sure if I was given the senior discount. I did receive the 50% off from the punch card.
