As usual, my monthly visit to the DeKalb/Sycamore facility was most enjoyable. Shanna, the manager and who has been my stylist for many years, unlocked the door, as I was first in line, met us with a smile and a good morning greeting. Upon entering, the other stylist welcomed us as well. It's so obvious Shanna cares about each of her regular customers and she has alot of them. Great conversation, great attention to detail and as usual, always asks if we are pleased with her efforts . The shop is very clean, organized, Products available for purchase are neatly arranged on shelving. Again, a great and satisfying visit and as usual, always looking forward to seeing Shanna and her team in another four weeks. Oh yes, the Season tickets promotion are very much appreciated as I for one, being retired and on a fixed income, really appreciate the savings regarding this season ticket promotion.
