You offer the same products and services as most haircut establishments. The sports theme attracts sports enthusiast. It's your people that put you over the top. Unfortunately not all of them but Shanna is amazing. At this point, she's the only one I want touching my family. It starts with listening, communication is always key. Continues with care, as she skillfully negotiates your cut and provides comfortable conversation. The end product is always top shelf. And she's very appealing to the eye. Thanks for another great cut.

Shari gives the best haircut experience, she friendly and always smiling even when shes got alot going on, she always gives great haircuts, has a clean work station & makes you feel comfortable. She's so good at her job it's getting super hard to find an opening, she needs way more hours, I drive well over 30 mins just to get haircuts by Shari & no one else. It makes it hard for the customer to get in & get haircut if you only have her working couple days a week & she has a huge clientele & very good at what she does.

Every visit is better than the last. Stylists are very professional and Knowledgeable about the products. There is a special atmosphere here that is comfortable. It comes from manager and all the stylists. I call this store the "Best Of The Best".
My young boys always receive such attentive service, which makes them feel special. I think that, coupled with the skill and patience (mostly for me as their forgetful mom who never remembers what guard they use), really keeps them looking forward to their visits!

I am able to schedule an appointment online. I like hair stylists to be quick and quiet. I am not the type who likes to chit-chat while I am getting a haircut.
I always feel welcome and the ability to schedule an appointment online is convenient. I recently had surgery and didn't cut my hair in over a month. Jasmine was understanding and non judgemental, and I felt safe enough to express how something as simple as a haircut made me feel like a person again.
