I like the person who cuts my hair at my usual location, I do not like that this particular location opens at 9:00 am on Sunday morning. It should open at 8:00 am.
Shanna is an incredible stylist. I got about 3 months between cuts and she still remembers what we talked about previously. Very attentive. Great sense of humor. If it were possible I'd swipe right. LOL Giving a "9" is more of a joke between us, but she deserves a 20. BTW.... great choice to make her manager. Well deserved promotion.
