I like the VIP Ticket program. I feel it's a good value. The Bolingbrook store has a wide variety of products and I have purchased some over the years. And, they have offered a couple of times to give me a sample to try at home before I purchase it. I appreciate that. I also like the phone app to let me know how long of a wait I have.

Ease of getting in and getting out without spending an excessive amount of time waiting. Using the app to get wait listed is great when trying to arrange a time to get a haircut. I use first available stylist and generally am quite satisfied in the end result.
