What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos is a clean, inviting and friendly establishment. The staff is professional and courteous. The theaters are roomy, comfortable seating and the screen and audio are perfect. There is plenty of choices for snacks and meals if you so choose. I really like the self-serve popcorn and drink area. The addition of bowling, gaming and a full bar with entertainment is just another service offered and makes Santikos the place for entertainment. The added bonus of a rewards system, different offers such as Military Tuesday are another example of customers service. I have not stepped into another theater since I first started going to Santikos and this will be my choice of entertainment from now on.

I love the fact that we can grab our popcorn at our convenience and not be bothered during the movie. I love that we have assigned seating and can bowl and have a great time before and after the movie.

Santikos Cibolo is out favorite theater, we don’t live in Cibolo anymore, but still drive just to go see movies there. The young lady helping us for our daughters birthday theater rental was very helpful, polite, and professional. The theater Manager is also a kind gentleman and we always appreciate how we are treated and the service is always great.

We love going to the theatre and always have a good time. This time was a little hectic in that someone was sitting in our seats and we ordered food to be delivered. It took a little deliberating but I think the problem was that the family did not understand that the seating is assigned. Maybe a sign that says "this theatre enforces assigned seating" or "assigned seating in effect", or maybe that is something that you play on the screen like you do for phone volume and talking. It was an uncomfortable situation for me but I got through it and the persons were receptive.

Well theater 4 chair 7 on the disabled row was not operable would not recline which was disappointing watching a 3 hour movie.
