Great! Had no problems, the movie was great. The staff very friendly and very helpful! Been awhile since I went to the movies. Spent a hundred on three people, yeah it’s getting expensive!! But over great movie!!

Had a good time. I picked a great time to go 330 no line free refreshments but when we got out, it was way too crowded which is good for you. I just don’t like that many people in the theater. It overwhelms me.

I love the rewards program and the people that work there. Even with the amount of turnover that they go through. They manage to find decent staff. It is nice when we see familiar faces. The seats are starting to get a little worn so that means they are getting plenty of usage. Even though the customers are messy, the staff keeps the place very clean. Thank you for all you do.

I appreciate the military discount on Mondays. I would love to see a couple healthy options on the menu… :) but you guys are great!!

Convenient location, friendly staff, game room activities for kids.

I have always been treated so nicely. I will rarely go anywhere else unless I have missed a showtime and find a time at Santikos Galaxy. I avoid Regal if at all possible. Santikos Cibolo is always clean too. Some chairs are beginning to show some ware and sag a bit to sit in but not unbearable. Santikos Cibolo is always the first theater I check for showing.

Every Santikos' employee we've asked for assistance has delivered in an above-and-beyond, outstanding manner. They have all been more than willing to help in a most professional and caring way. They all take their job seriously and are determined to offer the best customer service possible. Hats off to the entire Santikos team!
