First visit with our younger 2 boys, one having a special need. He loved the movie but was blown away by the generosity of a special employee. I think her name is Jasmine (I apologize for not getting her name) She made our boys' night. She gave us complimentary arcade cards because she said our child made her day. She had a white and blue striped shirt and long black hair in braids. She was wearing glasses. We thank her so very much for her generosity but most importantly putting a smile on our boys' faces. One actually yelled, "Yeah!"

Very friendly staff from opening door on arrival to directing customers to locations. Ie. tickets, food etc. Appreciate staff explaining difference in pizza area and other food area. Nice individual pointing us to correct theater.

tried 4 current closed captions devices and none worked several employees tried to get the devices to work with no luck a lady in line with me volunteered the info that none of those devices worked and the ear phones did

Absolutely an awesome experience!!! Beginning with entering the building having a host at door to greet and open doors, all of staff super friendly and greeted as we walked through out establishment. The entertainment wowed my kids and the awesome free showtimes and special pricing on certain days for games and flash back movies. So excited to see Jaws tomorrow!! My husband absolutely loved the reclining seat and foot rest!! This is our 3rd trip to Santikos and definitely will be our favorite place to hang out!!! I have to say the most impressive would have to be the young staff"s professionalism and friendliness, not often seen in any establishment I have been to, except for Chick-fil-A, exceptional training of their staff on saying "thank you" and friendliness. Santikos I believe trained employees as Chick-fil- A first and foremost to make their customers know how appreciated and welcomed they are. I hope Santikos continues to provide excellent customer service and a positive role model to our younger generation on how to treat your customers. Thank you so much.

I like mostly everything about the location the food the drinks the soda machines the texting to pick up food. The always polite employees. The one thing that has been bothering me is in the theaters it gets hot there is no air. the seats are leather and get very hot. I start to sweat and it gets very uncomfortable I would rather freeze than sweat in the theater and in the past the movies were always cold not anymore.
