Kiosk very difficult to use, direction on screen are not clear.
I have a gift card which I was unable to use for tickets as all kiosk machines took credit/debit cards only

Very clean and the seats are super comfortable. The food is always good and hot. Employees are friendly and willing to help if needed.

I like that santikos cibolo is brand new with recliners and $4 Tuesdays. I hope the cleanliness is kept up. Those coke mix and match machines suck though.

The seating and the sound system and screen. I dont like that you have to give salt for popcorn in a little container that doesn't spread when poured. Invest in some salt shakers that will evenly distribute the salt on my popcorn. I mean come on man.

Friendly staff. I like the fact that they don’t serve you during the movie. I don’t like the distraction. Also I love Military Monday!

Most everything is great. I just don't like that I can't get my rewards through the account and instead have to pay up front then get a refund while I'm there. Other than that it's great!

I loved the local sax player that was out playing Friday night. The ladies at the bar did a fantastic job with drinks. They made us drinks that weren't on the menu catering to us. Outstanding service.
