Malia was just quick to get in touch with me about a bad experience I had with an unruly family ruining the first hour of The Batman due to constant phone use and the need to leave the theater twice to get it resolved. Malia was courteous, professional and empathetic to the situation.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Its Clean, seats are comfortable, screens are crisp and clear. Only disappointment was the popcorn was abnormally flavorless. Seemed like they were stingy with the Flavocol.

Great movie viewing experience. Location is perfect right off of I-35. Don’t care for the change in how popcorn is being served as in the past it was fresh out of popper when ordered so recommended going back. Employees friendly and supportive. My go to theater.

My grandsons and I like to go to santikos because of the variety of things that are available. If we don't want to watch a movie, we bowl or play games. The people are always friendly. Their Tuesday discounts are great. Especially for seniors!!!! Thank you and GOD bless you.
