Customer service and convenience

Very friendly- not to crowded- great options

Ability to get my own popcorn and butter it myself to my desire. Probably bring back the little cardboard trays so people can share the popcorn if they desire.

Honestly, everything! The customer service is top notch. The seats are comfortable and the food is great as well. We love the big openness of the whole place. It makes it feel not crowded even when it is. We appreciate Military Mondays and $5 Tuesdays. We won’t even think of going anywhere else!

The theater itself was nice. Wish the seats reclined back a bit more but it was still nice. The concessions are nice but a bit pricy for us. Ended up just getting a water. Thought about the popcorn bucket but it was a bit too much.

I love that SANTIKOS gives back to the community. I will continue to support them for this reason.

The day we went to watch Ellio there was no one in the theater besides our people. It can be very personable at times, and we love that. My son is autistic so the many people and loud sounds can overwhelm him. So it’s nice I can look online to see which showtime hardly has anybody reserved a seat! Thank you all for being so nice cibolo santiko fam and making our experience always 10/10

I did a requested review yesterday, but okay here's another.

Always satisfied when I come to Santikos Cibolo theatre; the auditoriums are always clean, seating comfortable, sound and picture are always perfect. Bathrooms are clean as are the public areas. The entrance looks lonely with all the empty area (something new coming?). The game, bowling, bar and lounge area are welcoming.

I think the lobby and hallway areas look aged and dusty (which they're not) I think they could use a little updating.

My only complaint is the popcorn. I'm a every week kinda a movie goer, I've loved movies since around the age of 10-12, when I'd go to the movies with my dad, another movie lover. I'm a popcorn lover and going to the movies and not having popcorn, well it's just unheard of. I know my popcorn and when the taste is just not right my movie experience is saddened. I've only gone to 4 Santikos theatres and so far Embassy (my movie house) has the best tasting popcorn. My Monday movie popcorn tasted like it was Sunday evenings popcorn. Fresh and tasty are the words of the day and if it doesn't taste that way, well it's disappointment time. Cibolo, I don't know if it's the brand of popcorn or if it's cooked to hot or long or you just over pop the night before and bag it up incorrectly or what, but please, please make my popcorn tears go away.

Service is always good and I appreciate the Tuesday discounts. However, the little paper cones you give to share popcorn are ridiculously small and no use at all.

I like the atmosphere and the screens. I also like the many food and drink options available.

Delicious snack bar, clean restrooms, clean drink station, plenty of popcorn, clean theatre seats. Overall amazing experience every single time and we go to your theater 2-3 times per month.

The theater is clean, and concession and ticket counter(when needed) are great at customer service. I appreciate that you work with customers when they need to make changes to pre-buy tickets.
