Overall love the theater and the team that.rums this.location. We do dislike the new popcorn method. The consistency of freshness and proper seasoning is.poor. The theater seats are already showing heavy wear and are very thin, sometimesuncomfortable.

The whole experience at this location was great no problems at all. I prefer the Schertz/Cibolo location because of cleanliness vs other locations.. i get sick easily so it's a very important factor and recommend this location to others for same reason.

Seats and food

I absolutely love the Santikos Cibolo theatre. Every visit feels special from the moment I walk in. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The seats are soft and spacious, the sound is powerful, and the picture quality is crystal clear. It’s the kind of place that makes every movie feel like an event.

What I really love about the Cibolo location is that it offers so much more than just movies. There’s a full arcade, bowling, and even laser tag, so it’s easy to spend hours there having fun before or after the show. It’s perfect for family nights, date nights, or just hanging out with friends. Every time I go, I have a great experience and always look forward to coming back.

Santikos also has some amazing promotions that make it even better. Super Tuesday is my favorite because the tickets, popcorn, and drinks are all discounted. They have Early Bird specials for daytime shows, Military and First Responder Mondays, and even free family movies during the summer. It’s nice to know I can enjoy something fun without breaking the bank.

The food is always fresh and delicious, especially the popcorn. The whole theatre smells like it, and it just adds to the excitement of going to the movies. I also like that they sometimes have themed snacks and collectible cups for new movie releases. The theatre is always spotless, and it feels like they really care about keeping everything in top shape.

Another reason I love Santikos Cibolo is because they give back to the community. You can tell they take pride in being part of the area and appreciate their customers. That makes me want to support them even more.

Overall, the Santikos Cibolo theatre is my go-to spot for movies and entertainment. It’s more than just a theatre to me, it’s a place where I can relax, have fun, and make great memories.

I like that it’s spacious, with a lot of seating available and not overcrowded. It’s also clean and orderly. I don’t see a lot of popcorn on the floors. The seats also are clean, and neither them nor the floors are sticky. You also don’t see ushers rushing around to clean at the last minute. Concessions is pretty quick, and though I don’t like how the menus flash around a lot so it’s hard to keep track of what you’re reading, the concessions team does explain things when asked. Bathrooms are also clean and orderly, and it’s very rare I see an out of order sign in them.

Everything form the service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and how it was easy to get food from the cashiers and then find our seats.

It's a nice place to get a way from all of the daily stress and it is conveniently located. Staff recently are friendly and inviting.

The seats were comfortable. Loved it can choose where we sat. I enjoyed the popcorn and choices were amazing on the drinks ( no calorie and caffeine free options). The bathroom was fairly clean. Brianna at concession was so nice and listened to us ( whether to use our points or save them). And she was very friendly!
