Fast, convenient, and dependable access. Friendly hairstylists who are very competent and so quick that I wondered if she really cut all my hair ;). The mobile app could use some work. No apparent need for my CC number to set up an account that I could see. Once I walk in the door and sign in with my cell number all goes smooth. Great service at a good price.

The app is great for easy scheduling. At the location use, everyone is friendly and welcoming, but the two stylists that I always use are absolutely fantastic. The app makes it simple to see if they are available within my schedule. I will not say names here, but one of them is the manager, and the other came recommended from said manager while she was out for several months.
