Shelby always gives me a great haircut. I do have trouble this time. I selected her on the app, at least I thought, and was told I had six minutes to get to the store. When I arrived, I was not tied to Shelby’s name on the system and ended up waiting 30 minutes before she was available. I wish your online system would be available right at 9:00 am when your store opens.
I love the app and ease of putting your name in ahead of time that works with your schedule. The staff is always friendly and professional. Carly and Sadee at the Syracuse Utah location are exceptional! The products are a touch expensive, but do seem to last and work well which makes them worth the spend. I personally use the Sexy Hair creme and tea tree lemon sage spray and like them.

Only reason I am taking this survey is I think Sports Clips(SC) needs to know the real truth....The real TRUTH! JK
Angie G at the Federal Way Store in Boise is the sole reason I am still using SC. After decades of losing stylist after stylist whether they move, quit, terminated or promoted she has been as solid as they come. I have had to change stylist like I used to change girlfriends...A LOT! JK. She not only has a sense of humor, compassion & genuinely cares about her employees but she has the skills to boot. I drive across town as I live by the Meridian store (Eagle & Fairview) just to have Angie G cut my hair. Yes she is just that awesome! Sooo for my future request which is more of a perfect world wish......
1. Move her to a closer (to me) store. Eagle and Fairview or State and HWY 55(Eagle) will suffice.
2. If she has to take vacation or help another store it needs to be approved by me 2 weeks in advance.(so that I am not inconvenienced).
3. Her full schedule submitted to me 2 weeks in advance(also so I am not inconvenienced). This helps me find the proper day & time to come in.
4. If I happen to be in the area she bumps the clients in front of me to fit me in with my 9 Triple MVPS back to back.
Ok Ok starting from the "Move her closer" paragraph down is just a joke but yes she is reaaalllllly that great and the best thing since sliced bread so make sure she stays! I will continue to commute and occasionally pack a lunch due to the travel distance but will do so with a smile on my face.
