Jocilyn, The Hair Goddess, is an absolute masterclass. Never have I witnessed such a professional in the haircut business, or perhaps on our fair planet. A haircut ago, this woman was absolutely delirious from exhaustion from saving puppies and trying to cure cancer, and was still able to give me the absolute best haircut I’ve ever had. No tip I give her is good enough to pay back that which I owe. I do shame myself sometimes, with tears flowing down my face, as I grovel to and from the hair wash area. Yet these meek attempts at showing appreciation are never enough.

They took the time to listen to my needs and offered thoughtful recommendations, making our conversation both enjoyable and engaging. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing a positive experience, which made me feel very welcome. Their extensive experience was evident in the way they handled my questions with ease and confidence. Overall, this level of service not only enhanced my visit but also left a lasting impression.

The app makes it nice so I don’t have to wait in line to get a haircut. I was disappointed that Lisa moved to a different location, she cut my hair for a long time. Jaya has cut my hair the last several times and I like the job she does!
I usually see Shannon or Sadee. Both stylists are fantastic. My last visit I had Shannon cut my hair and it was top notch as always. What I did notice while I was waiting is that she was cutting a little boys hair. She was so thoughtful with him. Engaged him in conversaiton and told him how cute his new haircut was going to look. The little kid and his dad were going to the arcade after. She discovered this during their conversation and as he left, she told him to have a great time at the arcade.
All of this interaction was just above and beyond. She is such an asset to Sportsclips.
