The whole experience is very nice. From the big screen in the "dugout", that's what I call it, to the acreens at every station, the polite conversation or even sometimes just enjoying the sports happening on the screen. I always get the triple play, so the hot towel and shampoo os great! I also use the Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner at home. It's the only place I go for my haircare.

I have had Kelly cut my hair every time. It’s clear she is in pain because of her job. You guys don’t give these ladies mats to stand on. I’ll gripe about this every time. My haircut was great. Always is. No mats. Beyond stupid!
