Great service! We just started this week and everyone has been so welcoming and kind. Our dog is a bit shy and they've gone above and beyond to make her comfortable.

My dog was well-cared for over the weekend, I got to check in on him via webcam, He got a snack, gets to play, instead of being in a kennel all weekend at other boarding facilities, and smelled like he got a bath too!

The staff is kind and friendly. They listened to all our concerns and took the time to get to know our 14 year old "pup" and the two 3 1/2 yr old rescues to make sure our three dogs felt comfortable. We love being able to check on them with the app! Have already recommended the location!

OMG!!! 🤗💞, Everyone was so nice & caring! This place is absolutely amazing!!! I am going through a divorce, so lots of mixed emotions, & I needed someone to watch my little Ellie Mae, while I had to do some errands and did not want to leave her my car because I have no air conditioning in it. Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital told me about Dogtopia, so I was desperate to hopefully find someone to watch her. The angels at Dogtopia are so wonderful!!! I never thought I would find a place that would care & love my dog as much if not more than me!!! 💕 Ellie Mae & I are so grateful 🙏 They totally understood her ways & what she needed, & that makes my heart so overwhelmed with happiness!!! 😃 Everyone explained how & what they would do for her evaluation, & by them understanding her needs, she passed the evaluation 😇 I can not explain enough how much Ellie Mae & I love this place!!! ❤🐾 They even gave me a much needed bottle of water while waiting for the evaluation to finish taking place. 🙂
We have an English Setter as well, & I will tell my husband about Dogtopia & pray 🙏 that he brings Gracie Mae here as well, because I know she will love this place as much as Ellie Mae does!!!.
When I put Ellie Mae in their caring arms. She & I were both overwhelmed with stress & etc, but when I picked her up, she smelled so good! I wanted to give her a bath before I left her there, but was really short on time, from just getting out of the semi truck. I swear they gave her a loving bath!!! She loves baths & looked so bright eyed & when we got to the motel we were staying at, she could not stop thanking me for taking her there. I cried so hard with happy tears. Thank you so much for all you have done for us, & we will definitely be back!!!

I liked EVERYTHING about your services! The staff was warm, thorough, friendly and professional. The facility was beautiful, well thought out and immaculately clean. The signage and decor was bright, fun and streamlined. The staff were engaged and dedicated. This was my first time at Dogtopia and we will be back!

Oden loves it at Dogtopia. Comes home smelligreat and exhausted. I love that I can check in amd see him throughout the day. The staff is always there and engaging with pups.
