I was there for meet and greets for my two dogs, so I was waiting in the lobby for a little while. It was pretty busy and I was amazed at how the gals at the front desk all knew not only which owners belonged to which dogs before they came in, but they even recognized their cars and were calling back for the right dogs before the owners were even in the building! And the gals at the desk are very well trained to handle concerned pet parents, which I also witnessed when one called to check on their pup during her first day at daycare. I am very impressed so far with Dogtopia! I’m boarding mine there on a few days.

The people were so efficient and explained everything about boarding our dogs. The dogs and I loved the pre-visit of the facility!! Love the web-cam!! The dogs got spa treatments---bath, combing, nails, ears cleaned and teeth just before picking them up!! The looked fabulous!! Got info papers about how they were while being boarded. Thanks for great service, love and care of our 2 dogs!!!!!

Personable, they get to know dogs and families. We also liked the tour. Webcams are a huge plus!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and truly seems to love all the dogs. I love that you are open Saturday and Sunday for daycare. I love all the events you have everyday for the dogs and the webcam. Although I'm unable to download your app on our phones. Best of all Charlie has a good time while he's there.

Great service! We just started this week and everyone has been so welcoming and kind. Our dog is a bit shy and they've gone above and beyond to make her comfortable.

My dog was well-cared for over the weekend, I got to check in on him via webcam, He got a snack, gets to play, instead of being in a kennel all weekend at other boarding facilities, and smelled like he got a bath too!

Remi loves going to the spa at Dogtopia- Eau Claire, Wi!

The staff is kind and friendly. They listened to all our concerns and took the time to get to know our 14 year old "pup" and the two 3 1/2 yr old rescues to make sure our three dogs felt comfortable. We love being able to check on them with the app! Have already recommended the location!
