Readily available appointments, very friendly front check in with groomer at front check in. Very attentive groomer, asks questions about how I’d like my pet groomed. Appreciated the offer of a midway service text that provided an update.

The staff is extremely friendly and engaging. They obviously spend much time prepping for the dogs (treats) seem to be organized, and have a calendar of events. My dog seems very perky and happy when I come and pick him up. He never has a doggy odor when he comes home.
There are many dogs in the various play rooms, atleast when I have been there. I wonder what the ideal carrying capacity for each room.

Dogtopia has been such a positive experience for our dog Lemon AND myself. They always have fun things going on for the dogs- picture day, different treats, games. Lemon is always exhausted coming home from spending the day with her dog friends and the amazing staff. As a dog parent, I love having access to the webcams where I can check in and watch her. Having that option is so convenient. When I’ve picked lemon up, I’ve gotten a few report cards and they are so cute to have. Thank you to the wonderful staff for treating Lemon like their own family.
