Your employees are always friendly and responsive. Most of the time they have provided a very good haircut as is the case with my most recent experience this week. You are also very accomodating offering appointments which is a great alternative especially when you are very busy, which is often times the case.

I would like it if tipping was done afterwards and not at the point of sale. Often times it takes a good wash and styling my hair at home with my products to see what the stylist missed.
The GIBS man wash is great, the tea tree moisturizer is perfect, the service is always excellent at this store the whole staff is friendly and courteous. This visit they were kind of slow so I sat and joked with the whole staff while I was getting another perfect haircut and mvp treatment from Kayli. It was a great start to a long weekend. Only bad part is I will need to wait another month before I need to go laugh and enjoy myself while getting my next haircut.
