Great haircut and great service
Your services and products are great. My usual hair stylist was off at this visit but Brittany did a great job on both my son and I. Now I am sending this response a week later and had the need to go back today just to get my beard reshaped a little. This store had a grass fire behind it today and didn't open right on time but opened nonetheless. The worst experience I have ever had at one of your locations was listening to one of the employees "Karen" I guess based on the conversation I heard complaining loudly and repeatedly that she could not work in the store because she didn't want to get sick even after the manager and other employees had already told her "that's ok go home then, we will take care of the customers." It was very unprofessional and I give the rest of the crew credit for telling her it was ok if she went home and trying to quiet her down and resume their daily routine and get to working on the customers. Yes, there was a slight smell of smoke in the air but I have experienced worse around a campfire. But if it is going to bother you or your health, have a quiet conversation with your manager and leave don't be loud and repetitive about how "I can't work in their today, I don't want to get sick" in front of your clientele.

I got my haircut from Vicki, she was awesome when it came to the whole process. She gave me a great haircut and provided great conversation. I would definitely come again because not only was the quality of service great but the customer experience was fantastic!

Some people may not want to do a neck trim but Jen Macy takes on the tedious task with a smile on her face that would brighten anyone’s day. She will always have me as regular customer. She is the best.
