My son has had quite a few great haircuts and the staff is always so nice. Docked one star because sometimes what he asks for is not what he gets. He's had to shave his head a couple times after a not great cut.

I like that I can check in, choose a hairstylist, and get in line from the website. I find the facilities to be clean and inviting. Also I've had good experiences with the hairstylists consistently. My current favorite hairstylist is Juana at Elk Grove CA location. She has cut my hair the last 3 times and I've liked the haircut each time.
