I love getting my hair cut by Keily! Taking my daughter this time for their first visit was wonderful, too. I’ve never seen them leave a place looking MORE CONFIDENT than they were going in. Keily gave that gift to them in listening and sculpting from the pile of curls *exactly* the haircut Gabrielle wanted.
They left the Sport Clips location beaming and skipping. At ten years old, they’ve already become so used to being seen as a little girl that “doesn’t understand” and being ignored, that they just sigh and brace themselves for whatever feminine cut they’d end up with. Keily *talked* to them. Keily *looked* through pictures and suggested searches. The pair found a style TOGETHER and discussed different ways to shape it at home.
Gabrielle is still so pleased with their haircut, weeks later. They feel recognized and seen. They feel HEARD. That’s something they only got at Sport Clips. I cannot thank you enough for hearing my child.

It was my first time going to a Sportclips and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Amy at the Elk Grove location. We had a nice conversation while she was cutting my hair and she spoke a lot about the services they offered. The hot towel and massage chair was great and felt amazing while she was washing my hair with products and warm water. My only gripe is that it didn't last long enough! I will definitely be back for another cut.
