I like the hot towel, massage chair and neck massage. Very helpful. I appreciate how the stylist put care into how my child's hair is cut. Love the willingness to work with her. I like how our cuts have been turning out and the products they use in our hair

I like the ability to pre-schedule the appointment. I am extremely busy and this really works for me. I would recommend you upgrade your website to include the tracking of when the customer had their last haircut. I forget how long it’s been. This would increase your revenue by at least 20%. I can also ask for an appointment with the same person so I can get predictable results.
