I always get the best service from this Sports Clips location. I wish I could remember the name of the stylist who helped me that day. I think it was Kim but my memory is a bit bad. Anyway, she always cuts my hair just right. She is very personable and very kind. I enjoy my time in her chair...she makes me comfortable and makes me good look with her expertise. I drive 45 minutes (30 miles) to get my haircut here.

Service is usually fast, the staff is friendly, and shops are usually clean and well stocked, most of the staff listens to your requests and cuts your as requested.

Very happy with the service I received from Leia .. She was very helpful and professional. I recently found a bald spot from alopecia and had no clue what to do with my hair. Leia made me feel comfortable with my dilemma and knew just how to style my hair. I was in great hands and left the shop feeling refreshed and clean.

Great customer service! Amazing haircut everytime
I like the ability to pre-schedule the appointment. I am extremely busy and this really works for me. I would recommend you upgrade your website to include the tracking of when the customer had their last haircut. I forget how long it’s been. This would increase your revenue by at least 20%. I can also ask for an appointment with the same person so I can get predictable results.
