I came in for a simple neck trim. Jen greeted me and everyone else with a smile. You would think people are annoyed when they are doing a neck trim because it doesn’t generate any money but not Jen. She was amazing like she always is and made my day. Jen is the best thing about sports clips.

I like your sign in process and your customer service
You guys specialize in men’s hair and you take your time and your very careful. The worker understand that I’m not that talkative and so they talk to me every now and again but mostly just let me be unless I’m in a good mood because then I tend to talk more. I’ve been remembered when coming in and it really made me feel welcomed. I don’t know if it was because of their previous notes or they genuinely remembered me but I’m going to give myself a boost and say it’s the latter.

Your stylists listen and follow requests very well. Usually, there are notes on what I like, so they know before I'm seated. The system wasn't working this last time, but the stylist was very good and followed my directions well.
