Amy is considerate and an awesome stylist.
However, the store is in disrepair. First, television is broken. Second, the massage chairs which are part of the MVP don’t work and haven’t for a long time. Finally, you never know if you will have to pay in cash or charge as the system is frequently offline.

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Jen Macy again. Another amazing experience that I look forward to every time I schedule a cut with her. She is always keeping me up to date on the newest products and what would work best with my hair. She always does a phenomenal job. I never want anyone else cutting my hair, sports clips needs to keep her and never allow her to leave.
Great experience overall. The wait is too long at most of your stores. I haven't used the check in. I am spontaneous about getting the haircuts. A walk in should be quicker than 30-45-60-90 minutes etc. Your team is always great. Thank you for putting together such a great team. Take good care of them.

Checking in from the App is great and you can’t beat having your hair washed after it’s cut. Jen always does a great job.
Great product, great everything. But $22 for a buzz cut is steep. Pricing has to be adjusted for these types of cuts. Please.

Had a great experience with a Sport Clips employee. Actually, two great experiences! My son, age 11, wanted to get his haircut for his school picture. We had never been to a Sport Clips before and didn’t know what to expect. Amy was extremely patient with Nathan and gave him a great haircut. Two weeks later, I went back for my own haircut and she did a great job for me, too!
I like online check-in, your skilled barbers and the athletic environment is comfy.
