Service providers are always nice, provide a fairly consistent experience, don’t hassle you too much on the products, who ch there are several I buy. The wash/head massage is always relaxing and great
I really enjoy the fact that the store has notes on how I like my haircut. Amy always updates my notes if we ever change something up. It's always a very clean and the employees are very attentive to customers. Amy is amazing at cutting my hair just the way I like.
