I love the MVP service and the personalized styling every time I come in, but I'm disappointed that individual locations can choose not to participate in promotions like Punch cards or Birthday promos. It shows loyalty and incentive to those that regularly utilize their services.

The woman who gave a haircut et al to my husband was wonderful. My husband suffers from Parkinson's Disease and related dementia. She was kind, helpful and very nice to my husband. She did not shy away from him because of his condition, like so many people do. I was so touched and so very grateful.
Bethany was fantastic. Very professional and attentive to my wishes. This was my first visit with her and she listened to everything I said about what I wanted and gave great suggestions as to what she could do. Very pleased to find someone like Bethany and will make sure I ask for her in the future. Great personality and an employee that any business would be proud of.
