Would like more classes for young adults
I enjoy Yoga, the treadmill and socializing while drinking coffee.
I love the classes and instructors because they have a special bond with their members and they change the class routines to keep it interesting and relevant to everyone, even for those that have disabilities. I love the musical presentations that is very appealing and keeps us wanting to keep our bodies in motion throughout the class.

I go to the Texans Y only for treadmill, so I know nothing about your other programs. But I think the people who work the front desk are some of the best people I've ever dealt with. They are always helpful and friendly. They are the best.

The Texans YMCA has impressed me with knowledgeable people in field of health and exercise.
The coaches and staff at the Houston Texans YMCA are amazing. Coach Rayvon and John are simply fantastic with the children. Sheldon the director is always available and touches bases with the parents as well. He also makes sure to stop by the practices every so often to see if parents have questions. By far the best YMCA for youth sports that I have dealt with. We live close to another YMCA location, but drive 25 mins to this YMCA because of the care for the children and communication.
Youth sports activities are plentiful. There is a family feel to the culture and environment of the Texans YMCA
