Really enjoy instructor teaching Yoga and cardio strengthening classes onMonday and Wednesday. Plus cardio class on Tuesday & Thursday. Also thanks for “all” the nice things you do for the seniors. All staff is “ Super”!

This YMCA facility really looks out for the senior citizens whether they’re a member or not.
i REALLY WHEN YOU GUYS UP AT 5:00am i COULD GET A WORKOUT IN BEFORE GOING TO WORK ON MY LATE DAY ON THURSDAY MORNINGS.
I like that the treadmills have TVs that come on!
I wish that there were more activities like Bootcamp classes in the evening!

Fun Yoga, good teacher, but would like to see more classes added. Two classes are not enough.

The Yoga classes are excellent and perfect for senior citizens. Also, I like the dance classes. Can't wait the this pandemic to over to get back in class.
It has been helpful. It makes me feel better health wise. My energy level is better. Rachael knows how to encourage us to keep trying when we feel like not continuing. I am grateful for having a person who have compassion for others.
OMG,I love my Silver Sneakers classes! I am a member of the Trotter YMCA in Houston Texas, my instructor’s name is Angel. She explains every move we make and why it is beneficial to us. The way she explains your movements makes you wanna do your best because you want to get stronger, more flexible and have good balance. I look forward to my Silver Sneakers classes! The exercising like yoga, line dancing, sit-down exercising, treadmill and so much others are good for us all. I really enjoy everything and couldn't make it without the "Y".

I just started, but I like moving at my own pace because I suffer from chronic back and knee pain. I plan on trying to participate in other activities when I see what I'm comfortable with.
