There are programs for all age groups. My wife and I exercise four days a week and I play pickle ball two days a week. Just trying to stay fit and trim in our latter years lol
I like the Silver Sneakers Classes, but wish they would start earlier. 8AM

Their forever well combo classes with Liz are fabulous. Desk staff are very helpful. As well as the gymn staff. Extracurricular classes in cooking or heart health or diet are great and FREE!

The Texans YMCA is near my home. Texans Y staff is helpful. How the Y has more equipment from last year.
Easy to join class or group
Group exercises activities.
I enjoy going to use the basketball court to do a personal workout without any disturbance. Having a crowded basketball court is not conducive to my personal and individualized program of exercise.
