I especially love Sharon Hughes’s yoga class. Also, the fitness center is amazing—so much equipment—clean and in good working order. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly.

Wellness floor, group fitness classes and especially child watch. They are wonderful staff. My daughter enjoys it.
The staff persons are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I feel welcomed and acknowledged. The Y has a variety of fitness, educational and social programs. The facility is very clean, and I feel safe. Parking is very plentiful during the times I visit.
Great meeting space for community
Our first time at the Houston Texans YMCA was great! My 6 year old joined the basketball program. His little brother, who never wants to be away from his old brother, was eager to go to child watch because of the outside playground. All of the staff were AMAZING! We’re looking forward to going back to enjoy the exercise equipment while the kids play.
The variety, time slots, knowledgeable instructors, clean facilities, and updated equipment.
Friendly faces and great clean equipment

Its a blessing to have a place to go with many activities to do
My children and I love it! Highly recommend!
I like the fact that you have classes to teach you how to eat correctly, how to cook. You have chair exercises for those who can't do the ones standing . you have yoga, you have dance classes, you have swim classes, you have inside track, basketball... anything that anybody could possibly want to do! My only regret is that when you shut for covid, all of my friends / age group left and went to another location; I live in the neighborhood; I can't do that so I don't come down as often as I should. Please invite my friends back!
I use the fitness room cardio and wieghts
