What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I have no experience with programs or activities. I use the gym to do daily workouts. I am very satisfied with the quality of the equipment such as treadmills, free weights and resistance machines.

There’s something for everybody! Meeting new people! Feeling healthier! Everyone there is so friendly! I really enjoy it!

The instructors are knowledgeable and exciting! I love Tera’s energy! The staff are caring. On another note, the soccer program could use a revamp!

Love the family atmosphere! I always am able to do the work out I want because there is enough equipment! I also love the sports for kids. My daughter has participated in Volleyball for 5 years and does 3 seasons each year!

We like the availability of the exercise machines because of the increase number of them and also the cleanliness of the gym. The training staff is very helpful and professional and readily able to assist you. The front staff is always pleasant and addresses you as you enter and leave. This is our definite go to location for exercise.
