I love the Silver Sneakers program, the classes are offered frequently and at convenient times; the instructors are great. The AOA program offers many activities for seniors to enjoy.

I like the wide array of selections I have in classes and the education that VIC Coppinger YMCA continues to bring to all its members and surrounding communities.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! Instructors are a blessing, professional, current, fun, etc. etc.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I love going and seeing all the friendly members, have made sweet friends and miss everyone when I don't go.

So lucky to have such a wonderful facility so close to home. Love my YMCA!!!!!!

I love the variety of classes provided. Yoga is awesome! Really all of the classes I've taken are great with encouraging instructors who make the class fun. I also appreciate that each of the tread mills and elipticals have their own tv screen, something some of the other fad gyms do not have.

Courteous staff, equipment, and available of equipment every time I attend.

I can go any time during the morning or early afternoon.
Being around other seniors, gives me motivation.

The variety of group classes they offer. I only go to the Y for the group classes.

I like the variety of exercise classes and gym equipment. I like that the gym is quiet and patrons are respectful. I like having the pool as an option. I like pizza and bingo and when there are veggies and herbs for sale from the garden. I’m always bragging about Vic Coppinger YMCA.
I like being a member and the email updates.

I love Karla's Silver Sneakers class and yoga on Mondays and her Pilates class on Tuesdays. Also love Pat's yoga classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sorry I don't go to more classes during the week. But keeping up with those classes and the friends I've made at the classes makes me feel good about myself. I think the Y does a lot for individuals and families.
