The Variety of classes and the great instructors!
I love the 5:05am body pump classes. It would be helpful for it to start 5 min earlier. And, can you please add a 5am body pump class on Wednesday mornings too? I’ve been going to Monday and Friday morning ones. I’d love to be able to do another one during the week. Early morning works best and then I head straight to work.

Class instructors are challenging but do not feel judgmental. I am pushed enough to get a solid workout, but I never feel compelled to exceed my limits.

The classes are challenging and fun! Every single staff member in Child Watch is always smiling and excited to see the children. They do such fun activities with the children, too! My kids love going to Child Watch and this makes it so much easier for me to stay consistent with my workouts, not feel guilty about leaving my children, and remain a member of the YMCA.
